Hi my Stampin’ Friends,
today’s Card is very simple in design, but there are times when LESS is MORE, as they say!
Rich Razzleberry is one of my favourite Stampin’ Up Colours and that is the reasoning behind using it for my Card Base. It is also a great Autumn Colour. My Card was created using the Colorful Seasons Stamp Set and the Timeless Textures Stamp Set.
I started by cutting a piece of Rich Razzleberry Cardstock at 8 1/4″ x 5 3/4″ scoring it at 4 1/8″ on the long side. I used the same Rich Razzleberry Ink to hand stamp the leaf image all over one half of it. Using a piece of Very Vanilla Cardstock cut at 5″ x 3 3/8″ I handstamped one of the images from Timeless Textures going across the Card from left to right and alternating the colours of Peekaboo Peach, Pumpkin Pie and Rich Razzleberry. The Card had suddenly come alive with gorgeous Autumn Colours.
To finish it off I used my Layering Circles Dies and stamped the image in Rich Razzleberry. I added a few leaves to finish the design and was rather pleased with the look.
I hope my blog has given you some creative inspiration today. Perhaps you might fancy a little shmooze through the Stampin’ Up! Catalogues. Just click on the images in the side bar to download. There are lots more ideas and inspirations in there too.
