Hi my Stampin’ Friends,
as you know this week I shared my Envelope Punch Board Coffee Break Baskets. I thought it a great idea that you could gift the treats with a matching Card and have created two excellent samples.
They are essentially Birthday Cards, but wouldn’t it be great to go out for the day to celebrate a friend’s Birthday and produce these gifts. You could even add a Gift Card from one of the famous Coffee Houses we have popping up everywhere!!
I used the matching Coffee Cafe Suite of Products which essentially uses Soft Sky, Garden Green, Pear Pizzazz, Soft Suede and Early Espresso Colours.
The measurements have been added at the bottom of this post and you can make two from one sheet of A4 Cardstock. Card One uses Garden Green Card layered up with Whisper White and a piece of the Coffee Break Designer Paper. (Easy so far).
I used my 2 1/2″ Circle Punch and punched out a circle using Pear Pizzazz. I fussy cut around the images on one sheet of the DSP to get my coffee perculator, cup, coffee beans and takeaway cup. Did you know that there is a die included in the Coffee Cup Framelits to cut these out. Genius!
The 5/8″ Burlap Ribbon in Crumb Cake co-ordinates with this Suite too so I added a piece of this to my Card. The sentiment was stamped onto a piece of Whisper White Cardstock using Early Espresso Ink.
To turn this into a Birthday Card I used the sentiment from my Happy Birthday Gorgeous Photopolymer Stamp Set and stamped it onto a piece of Whisper White Cardstock adding it onto the inside, along with a left over strip of DSP which I added down the middle of the inside.
Card Two uses Soft Sky Cardstock layered up with Soft Suede Card and a piece of the DSP. I stamped the sentiment using Whisper White Cardstock and Soft Suede and Soft Sky Inks. All the suite of Products I used are listed below. I am very pleased with how they turned out and they are really simple to make.

Soft Sky/Garden Green Cardstock 8 1/4 x 5 3/4″
score on the long side at 4 1/8″ and burnish with a bone folder
Whisper White/Soft Suede cardstock cut at 5 1/4″ x 3 3/4″
Coffee Break DSP cut at 5 1/8″ x 3 5/8″
Whisper White Cardstock for the Insert cut at 5 1/4″ x 3 3/4″
