Hi my Stampin’ Friends,
I hope you are well today and enjoying the Summer weather. Maybe some of you are on holiday too and receiving a well earned rest!
Recently my Best Friend’s Daughter gave birth to a baby girl whom they have called Jessica. Time really does fly, doesn’t it! Of course, I had to make a Card and it was the perfect time to pull out my Baby Bear Stamp Set. Seems like ages since I used it and as well as that great Bear it has lots of perfect sentiments.
As I love making the Z-Fold Card so much these days I went ahead and designed one. Before I knew it I had made three of them, yes three of them! Why you might ask? So you know where this is leading, don’t you?
I got so carried away with making a Pink Baby Bear, perfect for my friend’s Granddaughter that I wondered what it would look like in Blue. Of course, that then lead me onto my Brown Bear with the Yellow. So now you get where I am coming from. I love to sell my Cards in aid of Charity and I know that they will definitely be useful. This Stamp Set is so so….. CUTE!
As I also have the Happy Birthday Gorgeous Stamp Set, one of the new products from the Stampin’ Up Catalogue I was sure those balloons would look great on the inside of my Z-Fold. I love these cards and even added some matching ribbon to them.
The little bows on my Bears were stamped using the images from the same Baby Bear Stamp Set. The Stampin’ Up colours used are Pool Party, Marina Mist and Pacific Point, Crumb Cake, Soft Suede and Daffodil Delight. Unfortunately my Pink Bear Card has long gone to my Friend’s Daughter so I cannot share that with you, but the colours used were Pink Pirouette and Sweet Sugarplum. The Card Bases on all of them were made using Crumb Cake Cardstock, layered up with Whisper White.
Thank you so much for joining me today and if you need any crafting supplies I would be delighted if you could Shop through me.
Happy Holidays and Happy Crafting with LOVE from SANDRA x
