Hi my Stampin’ Friends,
you may remember that I recently shared with you my Curvy Keepsake Boxes for Easter with little cut out windows. Well, my Sister stayed with me over the weekend and during our conversation Wedding Favours popped up! My Niece, (her daughter) is getting married next year and she wanted some favour Boxes that were understated and elegant.
This is the Box I have come up with and it uses the Curvy Keepsake Die (which is on the Retiring List now, so if you really love it, you need to grab it quick! However, since making my video I have just found out that this Die has NOW SOLD OUT, so SAD about that!!). I still wanted to share this tutorial, as if you already have this die then it gives you more ideas of what you can create with it. They are easy to put together which is exactly what you want if you are making lots of them.
I have used the Very Vanilla Cardstock with the 3/8″ Cherry Cobbler Silky Taffeta Ribbon and die cut the Butterfly using Watercolour Wings Dies. My video shows how I gold heat embossed the sentiment from the Falling in Love Stamp Set onto the side of the boxes.
Who wouldn’t love to see a Favour Box at a Wedding like these and there is plenty of room in them to hold whatever gift you prefer.
