Hi my Stampin’ Friends,
my Dry Embossed tutorials continue today and its the turn of the Brick Wall Textured Impressions Embossing Folder and I also brought out my Helping me Grow Photopolymer Stamp Set. I couldn’t think of a better stamp set to use to go with my brick wall texture! I am rather pleased with the design but not quite sure about the colours I used. Maybe a paler shade of green would have worked better?
I stamped my Flower onto a piece of Whisper White using Basic Gray Archival Ink Pad that I cut out using one of my Stitched layering ovals framelits dies. I used my Stampin’ Write markers to colour it in so that was easy. I added a bit of Soft Sky around the outside edges of the flower to resemble sky and I love the look.
To make this Card I used:
Brick Wall TIEF,
Helping you Grow Photopolymer Stamp Set (used for the sentiment and to stamp my flower image)
Stitched Shapes Framelits Dies,
Stampin’ Write markers,
Basic Gray Archival Ink Pad used to stamp out my pretty flower,
Rose Red, Wild Wasabi and Whisper White Cardstock,
Rose Red Cardstock cut at 11 1/2 x 4 1/8″ scored on the long side at 5 3/4 and folded in half
Whisper White Cardstock cut at 5 1/2 x 3 7/8″
Wild Wasabi Cardstock cut at 5 3/8 x 3 3/4″
