Gorgeous Butterfly GIFT BOX – Floral Phrases

Hi my Stampin’ Friends,

so we have only fourteen more days of Sale-a-Bration now which makes me feel sad!  That means I soon won’t be able to choose FREE products when I place my orders of £45 or more.  I just love all the FREE GIFTS I have received during Sale-a-Bration.  All my customers have really enjoyed choosing their FREE Sale-a-Bration Gifts too!

That ALSO means that anyone who would like to join only has thirteen more days to take up the Stampin’ Up Joining Offer and choosing up to £223 worth of crafting products for the AMAZING price of only £99.  (All details in my right hand side bar).

I am so super excited to be sharing my gorgeous Butterfly Gift Box with you all today.  From the moment I designed it I so wanted to share it.  I took my inspiration from the main Stampin’ Up! Catalogue when I saw a stamped design using the Floral Phrases Stamp Set displayed in a picture frame on Page 76.

I could see that I could make it into a Gift Box instead with a Lid and add my Layering Squares Dies in the centre. My Butterfly inspiration was a last minute thing, but WOW, it does make the Box FABULOUS and the idea to cut out that HUGE Butterfly using my FREE Sale-a-Bration Glimmer Paper, oh my goodness, I cannot contain my excitement!!!!!  I had one of those ca-ching moments, you might say!

It was so easy to make the Box as I show in my video and Bermuda Bay and Rich Razzleberry are my most favourite Stampin’ Up colours.  I couldn’t believe I had never used this Large Butterfly Die before! Oh my goodness it is so gorgeous! I absolutely LOVE it, can you tell?

Anyway in order to make this design I had to work out some maths first and then decide how deep I wanted my Gift Box to be.  You can certainly fit lots of gifts and treats inside this Box, perfect!  I love the Layering Squares Framelits Dies too as they give the Box an elegant appeal.

The FREE Sale-a-Bration Glimmer Paper is so luscious that I had just had to place another order so I could choose some more of it. So sparkly for lots of my projects.

Its fabulous that I have made great use of the stamped images from the Floral Phrases Stamp Set too, but whilst I was photographing these Boxes I was in two minds whether to add extra shimmer in the form of my Clear Wink of Stella.

I hope you enjoyed this project and video tutorial.  Please do use the hostess code to get free product (hostess code shown at the top right hand corner of this post).  If your order is over £150, please do not use this code as you become the hostess and get the Rewards.
