Hi my Stampin’ Friends,
I have been asked by a lovely lady called Thove who is one of my Subscribers if I would make a Gift Box that measured 3 x 3 x 2″ as she didn’t feel very confident to do this herself. I was delighted to take up this challenge so today I have made a Box to these measurements and have made a video that explains how you go about sizing up measurements for Boxes.
I hope this will help any of you that are struggling with this. It did take me quite a while to work out measurements for Boxes when I first started making them, as it can be quite a headache to start with. Nearly drives you mad!!! However, perseverance always pays and once mastered you will be able to make any Box in any shape or size.
I hope you all love the Box I made which I have embellished with flowers, which are my favourite. I LOVE FLOWERS! Gorgeous.

Tombow Glue, Double Sided Tape,
Dimensionals and Glue Dots

Blushing Bride Cardstock cut at 10 1/2 x 10 1/2″
Scored on all 4 sides at 1 3/4″ and 3 3/4″
Box Lid (Reinforced)
Rose Red Cardstock cut at 6 9/16″ x 6 9/16″
Score on all four sides at 3/4″ and 1 3/4″
Designer Series Papers 2 3/4″ x 1 3/4″ (cut 4 of them)
Whisper White Card for the Lid One piece measuring 2 7/8 x 2 7/8″ and One piece measuring 2 5/8″ x 2 5/8″
(or use the Layering Scalloped Squares Framelits Dies measuring 2 3/4″ and 2 1/4″)
