Hi my Stampin’ Friends,
The cute Greetings Card today begins the first of my tutorials using Embossing Folders. Over the next few weeks you will see many more projects like this using the different Stampin’ Up! Textured Impressions Embossing Folders (very often referred to as TIEF for short). These can be very overlooked as they are right at the back of the MAIN Stampin’ Up Catalogue on Page 195, as well as some new ones in the Spring/Summer Catalogue.
You will need a Big Shot machine to achieve this effect, as well as, of course some Embossing Folders, but these are so fabulous that you will want to create some Cards of your own using them. It is well worth investing in a Big Shot Die Cutting Machine as it really does make your projects POP, as not only is it used for embossing but also for die cutting! It is an investment but for the enthusiastic crafter a MUST HAVE TOOL.
Embossing Folders give your finished Cards a more professional look too! FABULOUS! I used the Petal Burst Embossing Folder as it reminded me of feathers too! What do you think? Clever huh? All these products can be purchased through my Online Shop and if you spend £45 before P & P you will be able to choose the Hey, Chick Stamp Set for FREE at the checkout.
