I have a very unusual Greetings Card today in that at first glance you wouldn’t think to use these colours of Wild Wasabi, Old Olive and Bermuda Bay together. They are very pretty together and are perfect for the Awesomely Artistic Stamp Set and I do love that cute little Dragonfly that is also in the set.
I have used the Thick Whisper White Cardstock for the base of my card as it stands up proud on a shelf. After cutting out my 2 5/8″ x 2 5/8″ Square Stitched Shape I stamped the flower spray using Garden Green Ink and used Stampin’ Write Markers to colour in the leaves. The sentiment comes from the Avant Garden Photopolymer Stamp Set. The card is layered up using a piece of Bermuda Bay Cardstock and Subtles Designer Paper.
The Dragonfly was stamped on a piece of Whisper White using Old Olive Ink and also gold heat embossed onto a piece of Vellum and fussy cut out. It looks great hovering over the leaves and flowers.
