The Peace This Christmas Stamp Set will make so many different greetings cards that it is well worth the price which is so affordable. The six cards I have already made with this set shows just how versatile it is. My version today uses Pool Party Cardstock and it is layered up with Soft Suede (such a beautiful colour) and Whisper White on which I have stamped my ferns using Garden Green and Pear Pizzaz Inks. I have Gold Heat Embossed my Sentiment, as a bit of gold embossing makes any card pop!
Then I have stamped out five of the pine cones in this set using Soft Suede Ink and layered them on with dimensionals for a 3D effect. My sweet little flowers were created using the Blossom Bunch Punch and Pool Party Cardstock and it finishes this card off perfectly. To get a bit more gold onto my card I used some of the metallic gold thread which I wound around three fingers several times and then adhered it down with a glue dot. A bit of Wink of Stella over the pine cones gives this card a bit of Christmas sparkle!
I never forget to finish off the inside of my cards either with a sentiment, a sprig of greenery and a pine cone, of course. I hope you love my card as much as I do and will have a go at making one of these yourself. Here is the video.
