Easy Saturday #2 – Santa’s Sleigh Greetings Card

I find that sometimes simplicity is the key in most things and today my gorgeous little Santa Sleigh Card is just that.  The matching Framelits dies which can be purchased as a bundle with the photopolymer stamp set make it so easy to create this project. Don’t you agree?

That cute little wreath with the bow really does look great on the side of the sleigh and you must agree there must be lots of presents in Santa’s Sleigh which can all be cut out using the matching framelit dies once you have stamped them out on your card.

I made the basis of my card with Soft Suede cardstock and it really does have a sheen to it just like suede!  It’s becoming one of my favourite Stampin’ Up colours.  I layered it up with a piece of Cherry Cobbler In Colour DSP.  It’s so cute.  There are so many stamps and dies in this set it’s a bargain. I used Real Red, Garden Green, Soft Suede and Daffodil Delight Inks to stamp out my images before cutting them out with the framelit dies on my Big Shot. I used a length of the Candy Cane Lane Bakers Twine around the bottom of my Sleigh.
