Today I have made some more masculine cards using the World of Dreams and Serene Silhouettes Stamp Set and the Going Wild Designer Series Paper. I really am on a roll with male cards and have a great supply in my card box for all my male family members. As you know I love to finish off the inside of my cards as well. It could be that you already have one or both of these Stamp Sets but need some other Stampin’ Up products to go with them.
My cards again measure 6 x 6″ and have just been layered up with the Going Wild Designer Series Paper Stack. I have stamped the birds onto a piece of Shimmer Card which is suitable for water colouring. This meant that I could just do a wash over the card first using my Soft Sky Classic Ink pad and an aqua painter brush. My birds were stamped out using Soft Suede Ink. I cut and layered them using the Labels framelits dies.
My second card uses the same Designer Series Paper and Stamp Set. Again I have used the same Shimmer Card so I can do a water colour wash using Lost Lagoon Ink and stamped my seed heads off in black archival ink. I am very happy with these cards.
