When I saw the Number of Years Stamp Set with co-ordinating Large Number Framelits Dies I knew it would be perfect for my Nephew who is celebrating a special birthday this year.
I layered up my card using Sahara Sand, Whisper White and Basic Black Cardstock. The designer paper is from the Everyday Chic. The map in the centre comes from the Going Places Designer Series Paper Stack. All together this makes for a masculine card.
I also used the sentiment from the Number of Years Stamp Set inside my card using Black Stazon Ink and used my matching framelit dies to cut the numbers out for the front of my card using my Big Shot. I’m very pleased with it and can’t wait to use it on so many cards this year!
I am not going to put lots of measurements on this blog, but I have used a whole sheet of A4 cardstock which I have folded in half. All the other layers are created by cutting 1/4″ or 1/2″ (0.6, 1.3 cm) smaller.
I have used my simply scoring board tool to score lines across the Sahara Sand and Basic Black cardstock. For the banner along the bottom of my card I cut a piece of cardstock measuring 5″ by 2″ (12.5 x 5 cm) and used the triple banner punch.
